Terms
Last updated: 14 October 2026
In short: you pay once and get a link to a 3D flower with your message, and the link keeps working for as long as the service exists. The details are below.
Who we are
The service is run by Inluup S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (company ID 55426861), Drumul Între Tarlale 41C, Cățelu, Glina, Romania. You can reach us at contact@flowerfor.you.
What you're buying
A 3D flower: the species, the colour, a message of up to 200 characters, a name of up to 40 and the animation it opens with. The flower reaches the recipient through a link you send yourself, on whatever app you like. We don't send anything to the recipient and we don't know who they are. You don't need an account.
Price and payment
A flower costs €3, or the equivalent in your local currency shown before you pay, taxes included. You pay once: there's no subscription and there are no hidden costs.
Payment is processed by Stripe. The seller of record is Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, which emails you the receipt from Link. On your statement the payment starts with “LINK.COM*”. Your card details never reach us.
Delivery
The flower's link appears on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed, and we also email it to you. Keep it: the link is the flower. If you've lost it, write to us with the date of payment and the email address you paid with, and we'll help you find it.
How long the flower stays
The link doesn't expire. The flower can be opened any number of times, for as long as the service exists.
The link only stops working if:
- you, the sender, or the recipient ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@flowerfor.you with the flower's link;
- we delete it because the message breaks the rules below.
If we ever shut the service down, we'll announce it on the site at least 90 days in advance and publish a static archive of the flowers sent, each with its picture and message, so that the links keep leading to them, as far as we're able to.
What you can write
You're responsible for the message and the name you write. Messages that harass, threaten or insult, illegal content, other people's personal details without their consent, and advertising are not allowed. A filter blocks some words as you type.
Flowers that are reported and break these rules are deleted, without a refund. You can report a flower on the Report abuse page.
The flower can't be changed after payment
Check the preview before you pay: once paid, the flower can't be edited, only deleted at your request. Deleting is permanent, and the link will never be given to another flower.
Your right to cancel
The flower is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law, the right to cancel doesn't apply if you expressly agree to immediate delivery and confirm you know you lose that right. You do this before paying, by ticking a box on the preview screen: “I want my flower now, and I understand that once I get the link I lose my right to cancel.” Without the tick, payment doesn't start. We keep your agreement together with the order.
If the flower doesn't work because of something on our side, write to us any time: we'll fix it or refund you.
Liability
We do our best to make the flower open on any phone. On devices that can't display 3D, the recipient sees a picture of the flower and the message. We're not responsible for the apps you use to send the link or for how the recipient receives your message. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the flower.
Rights
Your message stays yours; you only give us the right to show it at the flower's link. The 3D models belong to their authors and we use them under Creative Commons licences. The list is on the Licences page.
Personal data
What we keep and for how long is explained on the Privacy page.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish the new version here, with its date. Changes never shorten the life of links already bought.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. This doesn't take away the protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If we can't sort things out together, you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC (anpc.ro), including for alternative dispute resolution, or the consumer authority in your own country.
